Love Blueberries? We do and especially in desserts, muffins, pancakes and for breakfast. This is a real “beyond the yum” breakfast cake and has been around a long time. You can change out the fruit to other berries. I also use those delicious frozen Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry combos from Costco. Super delish! Click for recipe!
p.s. I serve mine with Devonshire, Clotted Cream too and a dribble of Blueberry Syrup. So Yum!!!
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat until the mixture holds its shape and looks like softly whipped cream. Use right away or cover and refrigerate the cream until serving time.1/

1 or 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
