Ahhh, a part of preparation for the holidays that we do not normally think about but this is a good time to cut back on everything so that we can enjoy those delicious fattening goodies during the holiday season. Just a few weeks of less now will really help!
I visited the WeightWatchers and FoodTV websites for low-fat-low-calorie recipes for my menus for the next three weeks. There are plenty of great recipes and ways to enjoy meals with the things we love before those “I just have to eat this days” come upon us and we over-indulge!
Oh, and don’t forget about keeping up with your exercise programs. We also tend to let them go during the holidays…not a good idea…this is when we really need them!
